Sorkin told me yesterday they don't file form 4s for insider purchases.....He's told shareholders recently that the company/insiders are NOT selling shares. Basically, they do not have to file if they are buying shares of the company stock. I was asked him specifically why they are not, his response was we don't have to file form 4s. I interpreted that he cannot tell us whether he's not allowed to tell the public whether they are buying or not. Take this dialogue for whatever its worth.

I really wonder what their doing behind the scenes with China, CAnnabis, patent packaging could be really big. We'll see......I think folks are getting tired of staring at sub 1/5th a penny that is claiming 12M revenues and profitable but no shareholder value ZILCH. Sh8t or get off the pot Paul.....Steve....

Pcb Corp Trader Paul. We all know it's up to the individual to buy stock in ACGX that's common sense. But, why is it that no employees or officers like yourself and Mr. St. Louis have not show support of the company stock thru form 4s? I've attached a few from other companies that can really boost shareholder confidence that management is supporting the shareholders and not just diluting and reverse splitting like most pink sheet companies. Paul Sorkin Form 4's are used for disclosing the transactions and holdings of directors, officers, and beneficial owners of registered
companies. ACGX is a current status Pink Sheet company which means although we provide detailed quarterly and annual financials and disclosure reports we are not a fully reporting registered company that files Form 4's.

Pcb Corp Trader Could we interpret your response as "we (officers/employees) could/might be buying" without reporting a form 4 at these lows for AcGX stock??
