The Keystone Pipeline was voted down yesterday. All the more reason the rail industry will have to pursue other solutions to solve their major capacity shortage. Double Crown's TransLock system being able to convert unused flatbed rail cars into 100 ton commodity carriers is a very viable solution for this problem.

Even if Keystone is eventually approved it will take years to make any difference to the rail industry capacity shortage. The Double Crown TransLock system is available now.
