Uplisting..now is the time to start thinking about the PPS considering that we have the (8) licenses and that process is behind us now.

I think DMCC was on the topic yesterday and I believe he was onto something....DP needs to shrink the float and get this pps to move....If we do a reverse stock split "1 for 10" it would leave about (correct me if my math is wrong please) 15mm shares in total and less than that in the float.. AND DP could and should consider to offer a 1x dividend as it would accomplish ridding of the shorties as they would in fact have to pay for the dividend themselves....

IMO....this is exactly what the company needs to do and I dont doubt for a second that DP has this in mind already. We have the best CEO in the game here.
