$.13 is the strike price of the director's options that expire in 10 years. $.11 is the recent private placement price. $.1265 is the strike price of the warrants attached to said private placement that expire in 5 years. $3M is a non guaranteed estimate based on what could happen pursuant to the CRS contract. The unusual thing about this private placement is, it didn't have the usual big discount to the market. This makes me think that the investor chased the company to catch this deal.
