I just talked to Mr Makarov. According to him all sec filing is complete and they are waiting for the change. Ther is nothing more that they are required. Still expect news by Monday, maybe not before. Buyout is in Progress. I asked about when they would know for sure. He said that there should be signatures by Monday.
I said it sounds like we are going to make a lot of money. He said Oh you definitely will. Those wer what he said. Thought i'd pass it on.
He sounded eager to be helpful with in the limits of the law. So take it for what its worth. Basically from what I got out of it the buyout is a go.
