There is NO logical reason to stop a company from infringing early in their infringing of the patent...as they have not made any bucks yet.

Why warn someone that is probably deliberately breaking the law, and send them a legal letter asking them to cease and desist, when you can have a big payday down the road, by letting them think that they are getting away with something?

I always thought that companies should not be confronted until they show substantial revenues made from using a product that is owned and legally protected by others...

Of course, this company probably is betting that AG might not make it as a company, will go under, and they will not ever have to pay restitution for the infringement... Just speculating...

This company only has two machines set up on college campuses...Arizona State and Florida State. Just my take...
