if Ligon had an excuse, LAST WEEK, it might be considered, BUT NOTHING????

yeah those that run businesses, KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE properly if they want to succeed…………………. and I do what I say I will do, or I explain why I cant and reset the promise……..its called INTEGRITY, something that a TAX DELINQUENT CEO knows nothing about
