Actually, the selling is 70% sells and 30% buys...if the 29M form T shares are added to the numbers after hours.

And, 40M shares sold vs 30M bought without those 3 after hours trades...

Definitely not any kind of panic sell...even though the MMs play their games and jerk the PPS around, and take the PPS down quickly, to tighten the an*l sphincter a bit.

All the charts are heading south, which do not lie...but, make no mistake about it - the MMs are in complete control of the PPS movement, and their ballgame. Even with such a high OS/float they will play with the PPS...just because they can...and to show their absolute control of our lives, our money, and our futures... NOW, that is some kind of power...

I would think that there are a lot of eyes on ERBB...just to see what is BS, and what might be the real thing. The MMs could open it up and let it run a bit, but, it seems that every time there might be a bullish surge, the shorts/bears, jump in with both feet and squash any kind of possible rally.

Add in the anemic volume and one can see where the market will be made by the Market Manipulators. And, watch the head fakes, both on the bid and ask sides. And, pay attention to VFIN...if he jumps to the ask side with his familiar 10,000 shares showing...look for the shorts/bears to rush in and try to push the PPS lower. This is what VFIN does...it is no mystery. Just a few of my unscientific thoughts... LOL AJMHO, of course, FWIW
