The pps has gone down mainly by constant delution from the company.Selling shares each quarter not shorters.MRNJ is shares deluting scheme and this company is not profitable.You could see their confession in that form 1 ( ?) sent to sec for the reason of delutive financing.Thats probably why nobody is interested to buy this stock.
