Unless you are an MM, institution, you can't place a trade with 5 decimals. I've seen someone with schwab post their .00005 transaction but they got lucky.

I've contacted my broker (TD) which confirmed with their trade management team that the only way with them is if a bid is in for .0001 and MM's are running a promo or decide to trade at .00005 then you can get a hit. Totally up to them to decide. Bottom line, retail always last.
