CUI2 - maybe, but not enough volume to drive up PPS so it doesn't really matter if they are liquidating stock and buying Titan.

You don't need a perfect device to go to market. 80% of the way there is enough. Obviously the market agrees that delaying is a bad idea. I am really disappointed. Learning experience for Titan, if you lay out a plan you need to execute it, period. FDA delays, ok i can live with that. A month or two longer, no worries understandable. Pushing out a timeline by what they did they are paying for it, $100 million in 3 days!
