MED has 90-days from the time applications-were-received-to-approve-or-deny.

MED is the governing body for State of Colorado that issues cultivation and sales licenses..

usually a group applies for licensing at both the State and County level……….with County being much more timely ( the counties work on their own time schedule, Boards have weekly or monthly decision making meetings )

I'm sure INCC wants shareholder value to increase ASAP, so if they applied at same time as County…..90 days is UP……
