NDA is likely for a time period. It's likely nearing its end. Not saying it changes anything. Tcpl has no reason to release info on a failed project. Zero certainly will not. NDA in place out of place...it matters little. For zero comms have blacked out as to AOT,z test performance. Good tactic for spec ops. Bad news for those touting flow increases and viscosity reductions as it 's clear Aot at Tcp was a bust. No logical reason to spin it any other way..although I do enjoy the posted sat pictures of pipes in an open field!
