Ed clarified on Sunday's interview that we have a patent on a payment PROCESS called the Fully Electronic Check. Not a platform or software. It is irrelevant what companies develop. We are the leader, backbone and foundation of Check 21 technology.
As a bonus he revealed that additional patents are currently in the works.
