In previous posts you were asserting that Jim Nelson's shares were indeed in a blind trust. Now you're saying, if the shares are in a blind trust. Obviously you don't know and didn't know if there was this infamous trust. But that certainly didn't stop you from asserting this blind trust as a fact. In the future, please don't represent things as facts when you don't know. Cuz you know, it kind of hurts the credibility.
