Chiink I think you could be reading this wrong as I too think JN is a very smart man and makes sure that insider sales happen before news that he knows will likely propel PPS forward. These guys know that they will be getting plenty of performance based shares awarded to them in the future and this is certainly not the time to look greedy and have the SEC sniffing around. They have no time to deal with SEC queries as they build this world class solar company. Of course this is just all IMO
