A person could sell thinking Elite will have to run further tests.

For longs all that does is put off early retirement by 6 months, not a big deal.

Yes time is on the side of the longs who understand that even if there is a delay regarding another efficacy trial that the delay will be for 6-9 months and that in the big picture this does little to detour what we have known is coming since 2011. Elite will launch its abuse deterrent products plural and the rest background noise.

Nasrat has said as much from day one. But hey maybe the FDA does require another efficacy trial and then additional cheaper seats will become available. Won't bother me a bit....I'll only buy more!

On a side note, what I do find most interesting is Nasrat hiring Dr. Kenneth Smith, J.D., M.B.A., as Vice President of Legal.

Dr. Smith previously held the positions of Chief Intellectual Property Counsel for Alpharma, Inc. and before that Head of North American Intellectual Property for Sanofi Aventis. In both positions, Dr. Smith had global responsibility for all intellectual property issues related to multiple business units involved with various technologies including branded products, animal health products, active pharmaceutical ingredients, generic drugs, and vaccines. Dr. Smith also brings extensive background and knowledge in the area of abuse deterrent intellectual property. Dr. Smith has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from University of Houston, an M.B.A from Lehigh University, and a J.D. from the University of Houston.

Notice he worked with Nasrat back in the day at Alpharma. You don't hire an old colleague with such experience unless you've seen his handy work first hand. And how did Alpharma do with their intellectual property rights regarding Embeda??? LOL LOL guess you'd have to do some DD into what Pfizer did with those IP rights. Yes Nasrat says the longs here will win in the end!! as in $$$$$
