MTVX- if thats the case then a complaint should be filed against cerner corporation who also has investors and is a publicly traded company...they also do not have an 8k released as of yet. like i said yesterday, one party can not disclose information when there is a contract agreement until both parties agree on a time that is proper for BOTH of them to release information. as long as you have been dealing with stocks and im sure this isnt the first time you have seen a scenario like this, there is obviously more going on behind the scenes with the two parties that is in the works of being finalized. even selling and buying a house takes more than a few weeks to close, you know this...so why would this situation be any different being that we're talking 18 acres worth of property. im sure there is alot more on motovox's end as far as getting together the 10q, the 8k as well as putting out a pr that will cover everything that has gone on since the last pr. patience is key here. anyone looking for a quick upside should take there money and go else where. Go MTVX.
