Im guessing if they win, EraStar remains in control of CYCA and Mr Cambell owes EraStar the damages that were disclosed in the lawsuit. By reading the lawsuit it looks as if Gary illegally put out the last couple PRs and 8ks because he was not a director of CYCA and only a single board member. I dont think you can put stuff like that out without atleast 4 of 6 board votes. This merger seems to be legally still "intact" and garys claims of hacking was just denied so we now know that was all bs. It sure is not looking good for mr Campbell.
