w/GSM so dominant<g>, why would China need to forbid a licensee from implementing a CDMA2000 network?

Let's see ... in countries served by both a GSM carrier and a CDMA carrier (e.g., Japan & U.S.), which carriers have gained the most?

Answer: the CDMA carriers

And this despite the "dominance" and politiking of GSM cabal !!

One must ask, "why is this even an issue."
