It is possible that Dr. Moro meant "if he had to, not that he expects to" he would rather stay on the bulletin board for another year if it avoided dilution to shareholders. Half Full wrote an excellent post yesterday which gave many good reasons why Abbott would not be telling BioCurex anything. Dr. Moro's comment "I have an idea, but Abbott has muffled me." may be a polite way for Dr. Moro to say that Abbott doesn't tell him anything. Therefore, Dr. Moro only has an "idea" or guess on when Abbott might tell him that the first milestone has been reached. This is also corroborated by the information from Bocxman's "little bird". So, it is very possible that only Abbott knows when the first milestone will be announced, and for more than a year they haven't been saying anything to anybody including Dr. Moro.
Any additional thoughts or comments on this subject would be appreciated.
