What is most obvious is that one has not met even one of Cdex'x accredited investors. the real estate bubble pop had not one thing to do with Mr. Brumfield. But it did take him and over 1000 other real estate owners into BK in California. This does not take into count the "home owners" who went under.
One just hates to hear how Mr. Brumfield would have financed Cdex by himself, had the sub prime debacle never happened. Just a simple fact.
Well, it may be true that drunks hang together, and accredited hang together, and stupid hangs together, because druggies dang sure hang together.
There were several names mentioned to that funders could have chosen, but they chose Mr. Brumfield, and imo, they picked the right man.
Sean does not need help from his dad, and as I mentioned before, it was not dad who wanted him in Cdex. It was those who already knew what his potential was. Not every son or daughter will even work in the same building as their dad or mom, but there are those special one's that can.
His presence at Cdex is much more valuable than the former engineer, and that simple fact has been known for over two years. But then, even the neighbors know this, lol.
Dr. Poteet felt sorry for the poor man. He could not even pay his way in the arbitration. Dr. Poteet paid his part. It was like helping the helpless. Dr. Poteet has a good heart, but it did not take Mr. Brumfield long to see dead weight in the design and finale production room. And poof, no more dead weight.
The volume will come, imo. There is a reason or reasons that a 6 month Line of Credit was issued by Mr. Motta and Mr. Brumfield. I for one, still believe that the NIBA will prove out to have been a success. But I do have to admit, that if no announcements come forth before in end of the year, then I will have been proven wrong.
The four Doctors that Mr. Brumfield has brought to CDEX cannot get any more real, any ole mate knows this to be true. And all da kidds fer sur agree to dat.
