That is such an excellent point they do not need us right now! I have been trying to understand the ridiculous debacle that recently took place and none of the scenarios made sense except this one .......

1. Let's just say the plan all along was to push up PPS as quickly as possible to raise capitol to do the right thing and the best thing for the company long term concerning SPORT.
A. That at least seems savvy and analytical after the last failed attempt dilution would have been much higher to have the public offering at a lower share price .
B. Some warrants may not be exercised as a result of the new strategy!
C. They would have understood share price would get hammered with the additional time frame but the cash is already on hand to do this the way they intended all along .
D. Thinking of management at least as forward thinking rather than behaving like a young couple with their first credit card is easier for me to swallow.
E. This explains the motive behind the offerings being so close together get the cash while we can!!!

2. The new timeline scenario I think is not accurate and once again perhaps they are hiding another ACE this time attempting to gain additional advantage over the competition .
A. True this would be sacrificing some of the companies loyal investors but that is what companies do to ultimately come out on top .
B. No way is this even close to how efficiently new effectors and training modules could be developed If you have 40 plus people working on it .
C. A fairly good detective once said the simplest most likely scenario is often exactly what solves the biggest mysteries.
D. And lastly if I had found myself in charge and needed to get Fowler on board and secure enough capitol to take SPORT from a dream to a reality I may have chosen a similar path.

My first conspiracy theory ,,,, hey it's been a rough few days
