Amp's response would have a bit more meaning if the dosing trials hadn't determined the dosing ... 2-3 years earlier. Since then there was PACE, then EPIC. If Ariad were still fiddling with the dose, they should have said so.
But Ariad wasn't still experimenting with dose. Even Cortes changed it in that timeframe, but not Ariad. So the FDA stepped in. Now Ariad is re-experimenting with dose. There is no debate on that.
Strikes me that if br didn't post, more than 1/2 the posts by others here would have to be about something other than br's posts.
