Yes, PXYN does have Toxic instruments. Not hard to find.

Further, a toxic instrument can indeed have a fixed conversion price. The discount is actually gravy of the toxic instrument. The true toxicity is the vwap calculation which allows for front running the sale, driving the price down and covering with the convert, fixed or not.
