Load the boat!!!! The Whales are moving in!!!!

It seems pretty obvious what's happening here. The MM's are keeping this PPS in a spot where they can accumulate shares. The volume over the last month has been a good indicator that something is about to go BOOM!

Everyone is in a state of panic because the PPS has tanked. Smart investors are devouring shares at this level.
