At least these guys ask before they increase the shares they are going to eventually dump on the open market.

I'd say that's a hallmark of a great company in the penny arena, but didn't PHOT have a proxy vote to increase the shares to give to FITX right before they got halted as well?

YIKES.

I don't know what's a scam and what's not anymore.
