Yeah Brother, on those Maxim warrants, and your issues (I'd have the same issues), but you just never seemed real shy to express your dismay. I wanna encourage you to come out of your shell. I'm standing back. May make some small purchases on the standard equities as it plays out.

If I was playing the prospectus, I think demanding some guarantee is the way to go. The warrants they are/were repurchasing were discounted for our side. But I wouldn't go with any reduction. Right now that Black Scholes scale factor of $10+ sumthing would seem great if you can lock that in at today's PPS.

Let me know if you sweet talk them into that.
