There are ups and downs with penny companies do to manipulation. This company is the real deal and has done everything they stated they would. Now we are waiting for funding to be wrapped up as stated. Earnings were great in my opinion. This I think is the bottom and I think we will see 04 to 05 and then off to a new exchange.
