Wrong as it is stated nowhere in those documents that OS is 20 billion shares. It is however clearly stated that there will be no purchasing of shares from the MARKET which is the FLOAT thus the reduction has nothing to do with MARKET shares. It only impacts shares issued that have yet to be sold into the market.
