Actually the issue isn't a bounced check or an overdrawn trust account. The registered agent's address isn't correct and that is what prompted the administrative hold. That's from a phone call to the NV SOS office. Seemed a bit ridiculous to have a bunch of posts about what the problem might or might not be, so I called the Secretary of State and found out.
