The Company has compensated these stockholders at a price of $0.0001 per share of Common Stock, settled through the issuance of shares of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock at a price of $1.00 each.

Doesn't look like for free but at least took them off the float. This could actually be setting up nicely.. By doing this and restricting them now along with a 750k$ buy back bottoms in people.

Once a goal is complete, keep setting new and harder achievable goals.
