All I know is what I was told from KB. There is a meeting today to finalize the position going forward

IMO, I think ASHER will buy out MAGNA and those shares will be restricted for 6 months. ASHER will do a PROMO to jack the PPS up. The reason they havent done one is because MAGNA would of sold into it.

This takes MAGNA out of the equation. Since there is a 6 month restriction on them, the company will try and buy them before they start selling

Also was told the LOC is still in play
