Jenny isnt screwing around... Just the facts!

They sold off a division this year to supposedly pay down some debt. I dont know how the could afford to actually buy a company. They dont seem to have much cash to even pay the bills. I never heard of anyone they were talking about merging with.

Anyone knows something concrete please let us know!
