EraStar, Inc. and Cytta Corp. have initiated litigation against former officer and purported director Gary Campbell. The suit, filed November 13, 2014, in the Eighth Judicial District Court in Clark County, Nevada, alleges that Mr. Campbell, acting as a purported single member of Cytta’s board, has improperly and illegally attempted to assert control of Cytta Corp. in violation of applicable law, his fiduciary duties and Cytta’s articles, bylaws and contractual obligations. The suit alleges that Mr. Campbell has, purportedly on behalf of Cytta, issued false press releases, fabricated internal corporate documents, and made false and misleading filings with governmental agencies including the Nevada Secretary of State and the US Securities and Exchange Commission among other wrongful acts. The suit further alleges that Mr. Campbell has misappropriated funds of EraStar, Inc. The suit seeks injunctive,compensatory, exemplary and declaratory relief.
