..IF YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHEN TO SELL,

because in the PENNYS, especially INCC, the volume needs to be high to sell at the 100% number, otherwise one gets 30-60% instead, and thats not worth the risk, because all the SHADY PR's about things that won't happen tend to get the regulators curious
