the property belongs to apt motovox, i agree with you to a point but what i think you fail to understand is the contract between cerner corporation and motovox. motovox cant just release information regarding the sell until it is the appropriate time that both parties have agreed upon. cerner corporation has not released any information as far as the sell or the agreed upon amount that they would buy the property from motovox for, so how can you expect motovox to release information before they do? im sure cerner corporation doesnt have an 8k disclosing the sell and the amount paid, just as motovox doesnt, you would have to have the contract in front of you to see the agreement between the two parties...and you do not. we must be patient. the deal is completed, but now is not the proper time to disclose that information until BOTH cerner and motovox agree on a time when details can be shared with share holders of both publicly traded stocks.
