UNVC no longer exists and phone numbers are disconnected.

The company has many delinquent filings, and not issued news in years. Also there are $600k+ in judgments, and tax liens. The TA (stock transfer agent) is gagged, and cannot inform shareholders of the share structures.

Why this continues to trade I do not know. Interested in factual information, from the company and not hyperbole.
