Great post. I would never even know about GZFX if not found randomly over a year ago while researching some OTC's. But how many people do that ?

The flyer is nearly impossible to see the ad if not specifically looking for it. Even then, it is difficult to see.

Bottom line, GZFX pays CC a ton for a sub. CC has accounted for very little subs to date. CC likes the free cash profit margin. Other than that, GZFX stands alone.

So many are rolling the dice completely on the Circuit City relationship. Much like many get emotional because all of their money is in GZFX stock. All in one basket is not good.

GZFX needs alter some things to generate subs. The plan is not working, 8,000 subs total after 3 years ? They spend too much money for such a low number.

How many are expected from VOD, race car, e-golf, JF speak up !! How much was spent on the ventures ?

All goes back to the astronomical cost per sub again. Compute it instead of avoiding it.

GZFX can only be defended for so long. The numbers are in front of you. And they run to end of March, so nearly current. More dilution came after March per the charts.

Since the plan is not working, what do you propose ?

The Q has to be very disappointing for those that shot out unrealistic sub counts for 2006. I am even worried about 25,000 being met at the current rate.

Alot of questions remained unanswered from the Q, AGAIN.

JF, step up and make a play. Bridge the shareholder disconnect.
