TCMB,

I think Maxim and APDN played a game here. When people were contacted by Maxim, they were told they will be offered to buy shares around $4.00 - $4.50 not at $3.20 not even below $3.00. Now the stock is trading below $3.00 level.If they were told that that will be offered to buy at $3.20 most of us would be buying them because they are coming at 40% discount of the price at that point of time.
