There you go, proof that Lakeshore's recent decision is completely unwarranted and quite frankly illegal. The intention of FITX was clear from day 1 and they cannot by law create by-laws after the fact to restrict the facility's purpose. They are a year too late. Essex county (upper tiers) will refuse the decision by Nov 24th (20 days after the meeting) and this pps will go back to 4 cent range or higher. Smart investors are loading up,.
