PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 11/17/14 -- EncounterCare Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ECSL) CyberFuels, Inc., a subsidiary of EncounterCare Inc., is pleased to announce that the company's new EcoFlex 96" has been approved as an alternative flex fuel methanol by the state of Florida, Division of Consumer Services.

The product will be labeled for flex fuel vehicles only in accordance to 16 CFR Part 306.12 of state regulations.

"This is a significant milestone for the company and we've worked diligently to ensure the necessary capacity to satisfy Florida's demand is in place," stated Ron Mills, Sr. "We have already had initial talks with fuel distributors and gas station owners in Florida regarding the sale of EcoFlex" at their retail outlets and are hopeful that the Company will obtain purchase orders in the coming weeks and months.

The recent MPG test on EcoFlex" fuel methanol, conducted at Olson Ecologic Labs in California, demonstrated that our premium fuel methanol produces 9.8% Interurban mileage improvement compared to regular gasoline and is significantly cheaper at the pump."

Mills further added that, "With the recent announcement by the Obama Administration, that the U.S. along with the Government of China will work together to reduce Greenhouse Emissions by 25 %, we believe EcoFlex96" is positioned to play a role in achieving these goals.
