I too have been wondering about Washoe Co / Reno and spent a few days last week scouring through .gov websites looking for info. I emailed both incorporated Washoe Co and unincorporated Washoe Co. The incorporated Washoe Co, which would be the dispensary in Reno, has yet to respond. The unincorporated Washoe Co, which would be the cultivation and production facilities, response is as follows:

"I can only answer for unincorporated Washoe County and we have not yet received any applications."

My guess is we have been pretty busy getting the 10Q completed and preparing the new applications for the local process of obtaining the Business Licensing Dept. and the Planning Dept. (zoning) stamp of approval.
