TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - April 25, 2006) - Continental Precious Minerals Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CZQ - News) announces that it has granted options to purchase up to an aggregate of 800,000 common shares of the Company to directors and consultants. These options are exercisable at $2.15 and will expire on April 25, 2011.
