Lawsuit against Raystream filed December 21, 2011

I wish I knew the motivations behind Raystream offering a 60-day trial of their video compression and streaming service for the first time instead of the usual 30-day trial they were offering.

Raystream did not announce the lawsuit against them until they absolutely had to by law in their first quarterly report for 2012.

This gave all the insiders well beyond 60 days to carefully liquidate their shares before news of the lawsuit broke.

And the announcement of the 60-day trial by The Christian Broadcasting Network left the rest of us engulfed in a cloud of optimism that ended up being unfounded in reality.

Shame on you Nadia Christian!
