Rook, I feel your pain. I understand that the financials are out, the numbers and statements are being checked and reviewed by the attorneys. Moreover, excellent chance that the buyout negotiations have changed the timing of their public release. Since these financials are going to be the "bible" for this stock for some time to come and will affect every purchase as well as the price paid, I can see why they need to get it "perfect" as well as timed perfect.
