Insider selling will always be a concern, esp in OTC stocks. You can't get irritated when people question it. No matter what reason it is for, it's a red flag that needs to be questioned. Can't get mad at people coming to a message board to ask what's going on.

I see that it seems ok for the reasons for selling, but it's still not a good thing that he is cashing it out.
