I'm afraid you are very likely to be correct. Unfortunate for those heavily invested but it is typical of how these companies raise revenue, dilute the stock and when it all falls off the edge of a cliff look for some patsy to blame.

The photographs and videos are soooooo reminiscent of what we saw at Quadling Quarry; piles of rocks, run down machinery, small or non existent workforce etc. etc. Stories of great things to come that eventually came to nought.

The true value of these companies lies (no pun intended) in the ability to raise funds then hive them off in huge salaries.

I wonder what the directors shareholdings are like here???
