GRCU has many things going for it and there is much to be excited about but CBD Centers is not one of them. CBD centers was last updated on May 20th which is 6 months on Nov 20th. The trademark registration was refused for for being to general of a term as stated here "Registration is refused because the applied-for mark merely describes a feature, ingredient or characteristic of applicant’s services. Trademark Act Section 2(e)(1), 15 U.S.C. §1052(e)(1); see TMEP §§1209.01(b), 1209.03 et seq"

CBD Centers can carry on with another name but it won't be CBD Centers. CBD Centers will be dead as a trademarked name for failure to respond on the 21st of November. "responding within two (2) months will give you priority handling; however, you do have the full six (6) month response period, if necessary"
