For me the issue is you claim to have purchased several thousand shares without seemingly doing any due dilligence and are now asking a bunch of leading questions about the integrity of the CEO under the guise of doing due diligence. You also wrote a fairly lengthy post about the efficient market hypothesis which impies you have studied corporate finance from an academic standpoint and also implies that you were fully capable of doing the due diligence and fundamental analysis prior to buying the stock...albeit you left out the full discussion of the strong form, semi-strong form and weak form of the hypothesis. Yet if you are a proponent of the hypothesis you would be investing primarily in S&P 500 index funds with Vanguard. So what is the underlying motive of your questioning and why would you buy shares in a company like SLTD that until the SunWorks acquisition was development stage company with no fundamentals to analyze and a going concern letter from the auditors?

It's not that I don't appreciate your concern about the dilution and the impact on retail shareholders i'm just confused about your questioning.
